On February 23, your plan members will be able to access new pharmacy benefits technology that
powers the LDI member portal and app. To support a smooth transition and convey the advantages of
this new platform, we have provided member messaging below which you can adapt as an Intranet
announcement, newsletter article or email. Please feel free to use this information to communicate with
your plan members about the upcoming change.

Coming 2/23: New Pharmacy Benefits Portal & App
Our pharmacy benefits provider- LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services – is set to launch a new member
portal and mobile app on February 23. Using the latest technology, these tools quickly and securely
retrieve details about your pharmacy benefits, and allow you to find network pharmacies, review
medication information, access pharmacy claims, get an electronic pharmacy ID card and more.
Mark your calendar to register for the new member portal. If you currently have an account on the
existing site, you will need to re-register on the upgraded portal just this once. If you have questions
about the new portal, mobile app or registration process, please contact LDI customer service using the
number on your pharmacy ID card.

New Pharmacy Benefits Portal & App Coming February 23
This month, our pharmacy benefits provider- LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services -will launch a new
member portal and mobile app. With these tools, you can quickly and securely retrieve details about
your pharmacy benefits, find network pharmacies, review medication information, access claims, use
your electronic pharmacy ID card and more.
The member portal and mobile app provide information formerly available through the LDI member
site, but with a great new interface making it even easier to find the information you need.
• If you are accustomed to launching the LDI portal from the Rx Services for Members login on
www.LDIRx.com, that link will automatically take you to the new portal.
• If you have bookmarked the portal login page from a previous visit, please remember to update
your bookmark.
• To download the free LDI member app, visit the App Store for IOS or Google Play Apps for
Android devices.
Registration is fast and easy. Because the portal and app use powerful new technology, members who
use the current LDI member portal will need to re-register on this new platform. Once the new portal
has launched, just click the Registration link on the home page and follow a few quick steps to create
your new account.
